We at Quess are looking for an
Engineer Support I
to support and maintain lab infrastructure, hardware devices, machines, and related equipment.

Experience: 1+ to 3 Years

Location: Hyderabad (onsite)

Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible to maintain lab infrastructure, and to keep our infra related confluence pages up to date.
- Ensuring that all machines/devices are online, if any issue physically check device/machine, check cables, check PDU/USBhub configurations, try reboot and raise IT ticket/proto lab ticket accordingly and follow up with IT team until its resolved.
- Keep track of all the hardware –
- machines/devices
- debug boards
- FPC/USB cables
- power supplies
- racks/benches
- Raising movement requests for above as needed.
- Connecting/setting up current devices/machines to farm.
- Flashing meta into devices as per requests from team.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of linux and window. He needs to be proficient in English and communication skills.
