Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Product Owner
to drive product development from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in product lifecycle management, business analysis, requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while working closely with technical and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, from requirements definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document
business and product requirements
from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable
user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
.
- Prioritize and maintain the
product backlog
based on business value, customer needs, dependencies,



and technical considerations.
- Work closely with development, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Participate in
Agile ceremonies
, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Use
JIRA
to manage product backlogs, user stories, tasks, priorities, and delivery progress.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams and use
Figma
to review and communicate product designs and workflows.
- Conduct
business analysis and data analysis
to identify opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain
functional and technical documentation
.
- Define product scope, priorities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
