Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance (Machine Shop)

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical maintenance activities for CNC, VMC, VTL and other machine-shop equipment.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot PLC, CNC, servo drives, VFD, motors, sensors and control panels.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
- Monitor electrical panels, power supply, wiring and machine safety systems.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance and OEM service teams.
- Plan manpower, spare parts and maintenance schedules.
- Analyze repeated breakdowns and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports and MTTR/MTBF data.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO and company safety procedures.
- Support recent machine installation, commissioning and electrical modifications.
- Guide and develop technicians and maintenance team members.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Electrical / EEE
Experience: 7–12 years in industrial/machine-shop electrical maintenance.
