Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who is passionate about content creation, brand building, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, planning content calendars, creating engaging campaigns, and running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars.




- Publish and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Track trends and competitor activities to improve content performance.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare monthly performance reports.

Meta Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Create audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Generate weekly and monthly advertising performance report
