Role & responsibilities:
- Sample and analyze raw materials (APIs, excipients), packaging materials, and finished goods (assay, dissolution, impurities)
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, and pH meters
- Perform stability testing on products under various environmental conditions to determine shelf life
- Maintain raw data sheets, logbooks, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in HPLC and contribute to the development of recent applications and methodologies.
- Aware of calibration and operation procedure for instruments (balance, K.F, HPLC. UV, refractometer and viscometer etc,)
- Experience of QC software like Empower, LIMS, Tiamo 3.0, Lab solution, SCM etc.
- Preparation of documents ( SOP, protocol etc) related to Quality control.

Basic Qualifications

Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Pharma candidates only.

Experience: 4-10 years experience working with HPLC/wet finish/Reviewer is compulsory.
