Job Responsibilities
- Continuously update knowledge of physiology, pathophysiology, disease management, and company products.
- Deliver Basic Training Programs (BTP), Classroom Training, Online Training, and On-the-Job Training (OJT/JFW).
- Ensure recent recruits acquire product knowledge and sales skills including detailing and RCPA.
- Publish BTP reports and provide feedback to managers and stakeholders.




- Identify low-performing TSOs during BTP and prepare development plans in coordination with line managers.
- Conduct OJT/JFW for identified TSOs after completion of BTP.
- Organize development programs for low-performing headquarters through classroom, virtual, telephonic, and field coaching.
- Maintain MIS reports for monitoring training effectiveness and performance metrics.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using SFE data, assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
- Plan and deliver refresher training programs based on business requirements.
- Conduct product knowledge and detailing assessments during strategy meetings, launches, and review meetings.
- Spend approximately 3 field working days per month for OJT/JFW (10 days during BTP months).
