Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our business in the Entrance Automation and Security Solutions market. The ideal candidate should have solid field-sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, meet customers, and achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Visit customers, builders, contractors, architects, and commercial/residential project sites.
- Promote and sell Gate Automation, Sliding Gates, Swing Gates, Boom Barriers, CCTV, and Security Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for site requirements.
- Follow up with leads, quotations,



and pending enquiries to convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Submit regular field visit and sales reports to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Entrance Automation, Gate Automation, CCTV, Security Systems, Electrical, Construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
