Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (On-Target Earnings)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience generating business through Upwork. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to identify quality opportunities, build client relationships, negotiate effectively,



and consistently convert leads into long-term business.

Please Note: This position is strictly for candidates with proven Upwork Business Development experience. Candidates without practical Upwork experience will not be considered.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through Upwork by identifying relevant projects, engaging with international clients, understanding business requirements, preparing winning proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals.

This is not just a proposal-writing role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage the complete client acquisition lifecycle and contribute directly to the company's business growth.
