ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of proven experience in IT product sales within a B2B environment. The role carries end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle for the Pune territory: generating and qualifying leads, presenting and demonstrating our products to decision-makers, negotiating commercials, closing the deal, and then growing the account. You will be equally comfortable opening a cold conversation and holding a commercial discussion with a CXO or IT head.





This is a target-driven position with clear monthly and quarterly numbers, supported by robust pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation
- through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry associations, trade events and referrals.
- Research target industries and accounts to map decision-makers, budget cycles and existing technology stacks.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline covering at least 3x the assigned quarterly target.

Solution Selling & Product Demonstration
- Understand the customer's business processes and pain points, and position the most relevant Blessing Softtech product or solution against them.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations — online and on-site — to technical and business stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses and commercial documentation in coordination with the pre-sales and technical teams.
