Academic Counsellor

Zappkode Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Academic Counsellor to join our team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and help them understand suitable courses and programs.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Maintain records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Handle student queries professionally and build positive relationships with students.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.

Requirements
- Freshers to experienced candidates can apply.




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with experience in academic counselling, education sales, telecalling, admissions, or student counselling will be preferred.
