Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end US Staffing recruitment for Engineering and Non-IT positions.

Hiring Domains:
Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Automotive, Aerospace, Telecom, Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Skilled Trades.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Non-IT requirements.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.




Understand requirements and submit qualified candidates within timelines.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
Work closely with Account Managers/BDMs to prioritize requirements.

Requirements:
2–5+ years of experience in US Staffing / Non-IT Recruitment.
Strong Engineering & Non-IT recruiting experience.
Good knowledge of US hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet targets.
