Key Responsibilities

1. Handle international and domestic shipping and receiving activities.
2. Coordinate and support customs clearance processes.
3. Manage inventory, including physical inventory verification.
4. Coordinate with clients for:
5. Advance payment follow-ups
6. Order delivery updates
7. Project schedules and timelines
8. Coordinate with Service Engineers for new and existing projects.
9. Maintain and manage project-related documentation.
10. Handle repair management and coordinate repair-related activities.
11. Coordinate and support visa applications for project-related travel.
12. Ensure smooth coordination between clients, service engineers, and internal project teams.
13. Track project-related activities and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Any Graduate degree (BE candidates are not eligible).
2. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Positive coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

1. Prior experience handling domestic and international shipping.
2. Experience with customs clearance.
3. Experience in inventory management and physical stock verification.
4. Prior experience in project coordination or project administration.
5. Experience coordinating with clients and field/service teams.
6. Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
