Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of income tax (IT) filing, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle income tax (IT) return preparation and filing for individuals/businesses.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals when required.




- Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records.
- Support management with financial reports and accounting-related information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax (IT) filing and GST.
- Knowledge of TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred
- Experience in handling IT returns, GST returns, TDS, and tax reconciliations.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation procedures for businesses.
- Experience working with CA/audit firms will be an advantage.

Salary

18k to 25k per month, depending on experience and skills.
