Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes qualified relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
- Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quotas
- Organize and manage educational activities including regular trainings, workshops, university training programs and promoting Kerr events in India
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
- Understand and support the Kerr sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all Kerr customers
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations




- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Head of Sales
- Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
- Prepare periodic reports including:
- weekly call reports
- monthly expense reports
- periodic general reports
- other reports as assigned

Desired Work Experience, Education & Skills
- Bachelors in business, Economics or equivalent
- Up to 4 years sales and general business experience
- Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment
- Willingness to operate in an international environment
- Fluent in local language and English
- Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences
