Key Responsibilities
- Fleet & Partner Management: Oversee and scale the network of third-party drivers, vehicle owners, and transport partners on the aggregation platform working in GCC region.
- Daily Operations: Monitor live dispatch, route optimization, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
- Supply & Demand Balance: Partner with the Client Service team to match driver supply with customer demand across peak and off-peak hours.
- Performance Analytics: Track key metrics like driver utilization, driver behaviour and cost per trip.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce platform safety guidelines, driver vetting standards, and local transport regulations.
- Process Automation: Work with product and tech teams to improve the driver app, dispatch algorithms, and support tools.
- Customer & Partner Support: Resolve high-escalation issues from drivers and clients quickly and fairly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in logistics, supply chain,
or ride-hailing/delivery aggregator operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or BI tools; deep knowledge of route planning and dispatch systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent crisis management, team leadership, and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local transport laws, traffic bans pattern for Dubai and GCC. Also Arabic language is a plus.
Pay: ₹16,080.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
