We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our growing restaurant chain in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant operations, preferably with exposure to reputed or high-quality properties and multi-cuisine kitchens.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, leading the culinary team, and ensuring smooth service across the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production.
- Support the Executive Chef in menu execution and kitchen planning.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, inventory, and portion control.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient food delivery.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen discipline and operational procedures.




- Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and new dish trials.
- Manage kitchen operations during busy services and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Candidate Profile
- 8– 15 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in reputed hotels, restaurants, or established restaurant chains.
- Strong restaurant-industry experience is essential.
- Experience in handling high-volume kitchen operations will be an advantage.
- Previous experience with good/reputed properties is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food costing, inventory management, hygiene, and kitchen controls.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Adaptable and adaptable with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
