Job Description – Collection Executive

Location: Andheri East

Job Time : 9:30 am To 07: 00 pm

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary : 20,000 To 22,000

*Tally Prime and Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.*

Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive responsible for following up with customers for outstanding payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recovery of receivables.

Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain and update outstanding payment records.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams.
- Send payment reminders and statements to customers.
- Track overdue payments and escalate as required.
- Record and reconcile received payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports

Required Skills :
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.




- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and payment collection processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Should be target-oriented and persistent in follow-up.

Preferred Candidate :
- Experience in B2B collection / industrial or manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Customer Payment Collection are preferred.
- Should be comfortable making regular customer calls and following up for payments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):
- Monthly collection achievement.
- Reduction in overdue/outstanding payments.
- Timely follow-up of receivables.
- Accuracy of collection records and reports.
- Reduction in long-pending customer accounts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
