1. Job Purpose (Summary / One Line Description)
- Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of electrical equipment to optimize plant availability and reliability, while adhering to safety, statutory, and operational guidelines in a 3-shift working workplace.

2. Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:

Electrical Maintenance & Operations
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems, including PCC, MCC, DG sets, LT/HT distribution, and motors.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical switchgear to minimize downtime and ensure efficient plant operations.

Reliability & TPM Practices:
- Implement reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) strategies to enhance the performance and lifespan of electrical systems.
- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to reduce breakdowns and improve system efficiency.

Inventory Management & Documentation
- Manage and maintain an inventory of critical electrical spare parts, ensuring availability to avoid operational delays.
- Document maintenance activities accurately through IMS logs, shift reports,



and SOPs to support compliance and operational continuity.

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical with 6+ years / BE / B Tech (Electrical Engineering)

Experience: 4-9 Years

Technical:
- Sound understanding of pigments & plants operation with expertise on related engineering processes (In Electrical)
- Expert knowledge of testing prototypes and procedures, Maintenance breakdown schedules
- Thorough understanding of technical manuals related to own area of specialization
