Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to publish engaging content.
- Handle daily posting, stories, reels, and community interactions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights tools.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Work with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader goals.

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Robust understanding of different social media platforms and their nuances.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools to create quick content.
- Basic knowledge of paid ad management and targeting.
- Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations is a plus.
