Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, and work completed for billing purposes.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Manage labor productivity and allocate resources effectively.




- Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and other civil activities.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection reports, site diaries, and material records.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
