The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity.

The Business Operations Manager will work across processes, teams, performance tracking and operational improvements to help the organisation work more effectively.

What You’ll Work On
- Develop and improve operational processes.
- Coordinate between different departments.
- Track KPIs, timelines,



deliverables and operational performance.
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business operations or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership and coordination skills.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations or a related field. MBA is preferred.
