- Initial Training to the power user
- Develop in house software and provide support
- Support Oracle financials
- Liaison with WIPRO Health Care IT
- Development of Add-on Modules on VB/MS-SQL/Oracle Platform
- Development of Ad-hoc Management Information System (M.I.S.) requirements

Assist hospital Management with NABH & J.C.I compliance

HARDWARE

- Handling of different Servers available in the Server Room.
- Handling of Access control System & CCTV
- Maintaining the Backup for the System.
- Maintaining Intranet.
- Handling of Networks, Citrix Workplace & VMware.
- Hardware training requirement to the power user of the department.
- Handling the Electronics Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX).
- Contacting Dealers for hardware items and collecting Quotation
