Innovative Medicine User Access Management Process & Training Analyst




is responsible for enabling and sustaining the capability development strategy for the IM UAM team. The role serves as the central point of coordination for the User Access Management Learning Program (UAM Academy). The Analyst shall partner with process owners, training champions and leadership to design, develop and maintain role-based learning solutions that support the personal and professional development of the team. Through effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, the training analyst will support building a skilled, scalable and future ready UAM team while supporting onboarding, knowledge retention, career development and team maturity.
