1. E-Commerce Account Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, orders, revenue, conversion rate and profitability.
- Prepare account-wise growth plans and monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify opportunities for increasing sales through recent products, better visibility, pricing, promotions and advertising.
- Monitor category and competitor performance and take corrective actions.
- Develop strategies for scaling high-performing SKUs and improving underperforming SKUs.

2. Hands-On Marketplace Account Management
- Personally manage and work on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and other marketplace portals.
- Handle catalogue creation, product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, advertisements, returns and account health.
- Manage seller/vendor dashboards and ensure all account requirements are completed on time.
- Resolve marketplace operational and account-related issues directly with platform teams.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers, category managers and support teams.

3. Sales & Performance Analysis
- Analyse daily,



weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track GMV, revenue, orders, ASP, conversion, traffic, ROAS, TACOS/ACOS, returns, cancellations and profitability.
- Identify reasons behind sales growth or decline and prepare actionable plans.
- Prepare account-wise MIS and management reports.
- Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting and decision-making.

4. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Optimise budgets, bids, keywords, targeting and campaign performance.
- Improve ROAS while controlling ACOS/TACOS.
- Plan deals, discounts, coupons, sale events and promotional activities.
- Evaluate the profitability of every major promotion.

5. Catalogue & Content Management
- Ensure accurate and attractive product listings.
- Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and images to increase conversion.
- Identify catalogue gaps and recommend new products/S
