Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to banking products and services.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales industry.
- Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written).
- Robust understanding of basic computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
