Required Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology operations, virtual infrastructure, virtual desktop operations, DaaS, end user computing, workplace technology, infrastructure operations, IT service management, or product analysis.
- Hands-on or operational experience supporting virtual environments in an enterprise operations environment.
- Experience analyzing virtual infrastructure operational issues, service performance, support processes, incident trends,



problem records, change activity, capacity indicators, adoption metrics, deployment results, or user experience data.
- Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise technology setting with engineering, support, security, identity, cloud, network, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience creating reports, requirements, process documentation, runbooks, service review materials, readiness checklists, or executive summaries.
