Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager - Accounts & Finance to take complete ownership of the company's Accounts & Finance function.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and taxation knowledge, experience in managing finance operations independently, preferably within an IT Services organization serving USA/EU customers, and demonstrate a high level of ownership, integrity, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce with CA / CA Inter qualification preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an IT Services organization with USA/EU business exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting/financial software such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including reconciliation and financial reporting. Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory requirements,



including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF and other applicable compliances.
- Good understanding of corporate finance, working capital and cash-flow management.
- Experience in handling statutory audits, tax audits and financial audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, employees, customers, auditors, consultants, banks and other external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly proactive, flexible and process-oriented with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to independently manage and drive the complete Accounts & Finance function with minimal supervision.
