Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to support commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, and investment activities. The role will involve financial analysis, modeling, market research, performance tracking, valuation, and reporting.



The Analyst will work with property managers, leasing teams, accountants, and investment professionals to monitor asset performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategies that maximize property value and returns.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing real estate assets and portfolios.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and asset performance.
- Monitor occupancy, rental income, operating expenses, and other property performance metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, investment proposals, presentations, and investment memos.
- Conduct market and competitive research on property values, rental rates, occupancy, and market trends.
