We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and coordinate the pre-joining process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/recruitment system.




- Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports and hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Preferred Candidate
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT/technical recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR and business teams.
