Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role focuses on generating bulk business, building strong relationships, and increasing brand visibility within corporate houses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the assigned territory
- Generate business through bulk orders, regular orders, and gift vouchers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Admin, HR, and Facility teams of corporate clients
- Plan and execute daily sales calls/meetings to achieve targets
- Ensure repeat business through excellent client servicing and engagement
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure seamless order execution and service delivery
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in corporate segments
- Drive partnerships, tie-ups, and alliances for business growth
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for management




- Act as a bridge between corporate clients and internal teams to ensure commitment delivery

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of individual sales targets
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired
- Volume of bulk and repeat orders generated
- Corporate visit productivity (daily/weekly)
- Gift voucher sales performance
- Customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: 2-8 years in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales (preferably in QSR, retail, or service industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High energy, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
