About the Role

Mastropay Technologies Private Limited is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with leads.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
