Alongside managing our in-house D2C brand RubHub, we also work with multiple consumer brands to drive sales, optimize marketplaces, and improve digital performance.

We are looking for an ambitious E-commerce Growth Manager who understands e-commerce beyond listings and operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing marketplace growth, advertising, analytics, and overall business performance across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for product discoverability.
- Develop and optimize A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Enhanced Brand Content.




- Monitor account health, suppressed listings, policy violations, and catalog issues.

Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Video Ads.
- Analyze ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other performance metrics.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities through search term analysis and competitor tracking.

E-commerce Growth Strategy
- Develop growth plans for multiple brands under Ecomet360.
- Identify opportunities for product launches, bundles, pricing optimization, and promotions.
- Create monthly sales and advertising strategies.
- Track category trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to improve conversion rates.

- Manage Shopify product cata
