About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telesales & Telecollection Executives who are fluent in Hindi and English. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting suitable financial products/services, and supporting timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products/services.
- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system.

Telecollection
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue payments.




- Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.
- Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable payment solutions.
- Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.

Candidate Requirements
- Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, telecollection, BPO, BFSI, or customer service will be preferred.
