Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, understanding customer concerns, and providing accurate and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during calls.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Qualification: As per process requirements.
- Candidates should have very good English communication skills.
- Communication should be clear and fluent, with minimal fillers and a neutral or easily understandable accent.




- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Candidates should have all required documents from their previous company, including relevant employment and relieving documents, as applicable.
- Candidates must be available to take calls and attend the recruitment process promptly when contacted by HR.

Cab Facility

Cab facility available within a 20–21 km radius, as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have robust experience in an International Voice Process, excellent communication skills, complete previous employment documentation, and flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
