AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing and technology company specializing in Performance Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, AI Automation, and Business Growth Solutions.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer — Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Lead Generation, Sales, Conversion, Traffic, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, placements,



and campaigns.
- Monitor Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative, content, sales, and development teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of practical experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Agency/client account experience is preferred.

Additional advantage: GA4, GTM, Google Ads, CAPI, CRO, CRM, WordPress, and AI marketing tools.
