About the Role

Aura Realtors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BTL / Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute ground-level marketing activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through offline campaigns, activations, events, and local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute BTL and offline marketing activities across Navi Mumbai.
- Conduct society activations, kiosk activities, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage pamphlet/leaflet distribution, branding, banners, standees, and outdoor activities.
- Identify high-footfall locations and potential customer catchment areas.
- Coordinate with vendors, promoters, agencies, and event teams.
- Generate and collect customer leads through offline campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Presales and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and site visits.
- Track campaign performance, leads generated, site visits, and bookings.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, expenses, leads, and ROI.




- Conduct market visits and competitor activity analysis.
- Ensure proper execution and visibility of all marketing materials at assigned locations.
- Support promotional events and property exhibitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with local societies, businesses, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities are completed within the approved budget and timelines.

Requirements
- 13 years of experience in BTL, Offline Marketing, Field Marketing, Activation, or Real Estate Marketing.
- Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai local markets and catchment areas.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive vendor and event management skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling across Navi Mumbai.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
