Required Skills

✅ 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing

✅ Strong experience creating technical documentation from scratch

✅ Hands-on experience with DITA (Mandatory)

✅ Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and/or AEM Guides

✅ Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

✅ Expertise in structured authoring and single sourcing

✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

✅ Ability to understand complex technical concepts quickly

? Nice to Have

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS),



building controls, industrial automation, networking, security systems, or energy management solutions.

Experience using Generative AI tools for content creation, review, migration, and knowledge management.

Familiarity with localization-ready documentation and AI-assisted authoring practices.
