Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Patna. The Tele caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential candidates and clients about services, job opportunities, and recruitment processes. Daily tasks include explaining role requirements, verifying candidate information,



updating records in the database or CRM, and following standard scripts while adapting to individual conversations. The Tele caller will handle queries, schedule interviews or follow-up calls, and coordinate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities. The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining professional communication, and providing timely feedback on market and candidate responses.

Qualifications
