Position Overview

ClickView Innovation Private Limited is looking for a
results-driven IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You will act as the critical bridge between engineering hiring managers and high-caliber technology professionals across software engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, DevOps, data science, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

•
Proactive Sourcing:
Build and maintain an active database of passive and active technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, Naukri, Dice, and other relevant platforms.

Boolean Searching:




Develop advanced Boolean search strings to identify candidates with specialized technology stacks and hard-to-find skill sets.

•
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical professionals for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

2. Screening & Assessment

•
Technical Screening:
Conduct preliminary telephone/video interviews to assess technical background, project experience, domain knowledge, career objectives, and overall suitability.

•
Soft Skills Evaluation:
Evaluate communication, problem-solving ability, motivation, adaptability, and cultural alignment.

•
Candidate Shortlisting:
Review resumes against role requirements and present high-quality, relevant candidates to hiring managers.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Coordination

•
Hiring Manager Intake:
Work closely with engineering managers and stakeholders to understand team requirements
