Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from initial concept development through to final site execution.
- Develop precise 2D layouts, structural elevations, and detailed working drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models and spatial visualizations using SketchUp and 3D design software.
- Coordinate directly with contractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to resolve design discrepancies, monitor project progress, and maintain strict quality control.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3 to 7 years of proven professional experience in architectural or interior design execution.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



and 3D design rendering.
- Strong practical background in site execution, material selection, and technical problem-solving on active sites.
- Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, site supervisors, and project stakeholders.
