1.Develop and maintain deep, expert knowledge of the entire product portfolio

2.Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the assigned region to identify local trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

3.Provide regional input to the Product Planning team at HO to inform the product roadmap and localization requirements.

4.Act as the primary product resource for the regional sales team, joining key Dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions

5.Identify feature trends & consumer preferences & identify consumers features requirements

6.Develop and deliver product-specific training and coaching to the regional Sales Preparation of Weekly & monthly reports.

7.Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and user pain points from the region back to the Product planning teams at HO.

8.Act as the escalation point for complex product-related inquiries and technical support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

9.Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles.
