Job Summary

BookMyGlow is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and expand our network of salons, parlours and beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential salons, parlours and beauty professionals.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research.
- Present BookMyGlow's services and subscription plans to potential clients.
- Convert leads into active clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of BookMyGlow.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Compensation

Performance-Based

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
