The Role

The Head of Agency will be the person who keeps Northbound Socials moving. You’ll manage the team, oversee the quality of work, ensure clients are happy, support the sales team, and handle the day-to-day operations of the agency. You’ll work closely with the founders to improve how we work, build the right team, identify growth opportunities, and help take Northbound Socials to the next level. In short: People + Production + Clients + Operations + Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management
- Manage the day-to-day working of the team.
- Help the team with planning, priorities, timelines, and direction.
- Make sure everyone knows what they need to do and when.
- Step in when the team needs support or things get stuck.

Quality & Client Satisfaction
- Review the final work before it goes to the client.
- Make sure the content is actually good, on-brand, and aligned with the client's requirements.
- Keep an eye on client satisfaction and step in whenever needed.





-Work closely with Brand Managers to make sure clients are getting the best from the team.

Sales & Growth Support
- Work with the sales team on packages and offerings.
- Keep an eye on what's working in the F&B; marketing space.
- Help us understand what services/packages we should be offering.
- Bring ideas that can help us win better clients and grow.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare a easy monthly MIS for the founders.
- Track things like team performance, client status, pending work, and overall operations.
- Highlight what's working, what's not, and what needs attention.

Building the Agency
- Work closely with the founders/co-founder on business growth and strategy.
- Help plan future hiring as the agency grows.
- Build better systems and processes as we scale.
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.

Day-to-Day Operations
- Keep the office and day-to-day operations running sm
