Maintenance Lead

Salary Range: 5.00 Lacs – 6.50 Lacs

Location: Coimbatore – Thennampalayam - Arasur

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production continuity.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Optimize maintenance resource allocation across multiple functional areas.
- Review maintenance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis for recurring equipment failures.
- Improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and condition monitoring.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance engineers,



supervisors and technicians.
- Develop technical competency matrices and succession planning.
- Prepare and manage annual maintenance operating and capital budgets.
- Monitor maintenance expenditures and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Track maintenance cost KPIs and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
- Collaborate with procurement for supplier selection and contract management.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and startup of recent equipment.
- Validate equipment performance after commissioning.
- Lead maintenance-related capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a zero-incident safety culture.
- Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work, confined space, and electrical safety procedures are followed.
