About The Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will connect with prospective customers, understand

their business challenges, and showcase how our product addresses their needs through

engaging online demonstrations. You will own the complete sales journey, from qualifying

leads and building strong customer relationships to negotiating and closing deals, while

delivering an exceptional customer experience and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of our products and target customers.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend the right Invoay solutions based on their business requirements.
- Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Build relationships with existing customers to drive product adoption, referrals, and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute planned sales activities and build a pipeline of high-potential prospects.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both online and in person, to prospective customers.




- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to sales and services.
- Manage customer interactions across calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in an Inside Sales, Account Executive, or similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, negotiate effectively, and consistently close deals while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- A consultative, customer-first approach with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
