- Manpower Management – manage workers, operators and supervisors
- Equipment Management – coordinate excavators, dumpers, loaders, etc.
- Safety Management – ensure protected working practices and PPE compliance
- Contractor Management – coordinate contractors and their manpower
- Dispatch Management – coordinate ore loading, transportation and dispatch
- Quality Management – monitor iron ore grade and quality
- Problem Solving – handle breakdowns, delays and operational issues
- Reporting & Documentation – maintain daily production and shift reports
- Coordination – coordinate with management, geology, accounts, transport and dispatch teams
- Cost Control – control fuel, manpower and equipment operating costs
Pay: ₹14,731.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month
