Role & responsibilities:
- To Handle End to End recruitment, sourcing, hiring, filling position in Production Plant in Pharmaceutical industries.
- To Coordinate with department head to understand and fill vacant positions as per their requirement.
- To Coordinate with HO for the further process.
- Documentation, HRMS work, MIS.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Male candidates with Excellent experience in HR (Recruitment department) in Pharmaceutical Industries.
Education Qualification:
- MBA or BBA in (Human Resources Specialization)
