Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor email security platforms (Mimecast) including policies, encryption, and continuity features.
- Triage and resolve phishing alerts, malware-infected attachments, and impersonation attempts.
- Coordinate with SOC and endpoint teams for email-based threat correlation.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen email authentication and anti-spoofing controls.
- Generate monthly reports on blocked threats, phishing statistics, and email traffic patterns.
- Handle mailbox quarantines, user release requests, and alert fine-tuning.
- Investigate shadow IT indicators and suspicious outbound communications.
- Support email DLP integration and incident handling with data governance teams.
- Assist in domain reputation monitoring and threat feed integrations.
- Provide support during cyber drill simulations and post-incident investigations.

Key Skills & Certifications:
- Positive 5 to 7 years of experience with Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SMTP, TLS, DMARC, and email threat detection methodologies.
- Familiar with email encryption, journaling, and eDiscovery.
