Purpose of the Role

Facilitate customer satisfaction through on time Submission of FAI & Serial Production.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies and tools to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
- Track and ensure achievement of milestones at the cost fixed by the Management, and to ensure ROI.
- Achieve Profitability as per RFQ
- To ensure the effectiveness in sales turnover targets
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective project management to enable achievement of business units vision and goals
- Achieve OTD as per agreed timeline
- Ontime submission of FAI
- Creating a project plan, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring that the implementation is on track and on time
- Ontime collection of Payments
- Identify and manage risks and issues,



and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and recommendations, including the development of reports and presentations.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects, including tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Achieve production OTD
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project status reports, and other relevant project-related materials.
- Identifying areas for improvement in the business unit's strategy implementation processes and driving continuous improvement.
