Required Skills
- Solid experience as a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Domain expertise in US Healthcare (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Payer, or Clinical systems)
- Good understanding of Underwriting Rules
- Experience in UAT Testing, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation & Defect Tracking
- Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories & Functional Specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and System Integrations
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.




- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform data analysis using SQL/NoSQL to support business decisions and validate requirements.
- Execute and coordinate UAT, track defects, and ensure successful production releases.
- Analyze and validate underwriting rules and healthcare business workflows.
- Support API integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment while maintaining documentation and traceability.
